　　Total Rental Solution Ltd was established in Wellington in 2014. Director Anne has more than 10 years of experience managing her rental investment properties. Anne is a member of Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) and she knows Wellington property market exceptionally well and always receives support from Chinese community in the capital. At TRS we provide high quality property management service for property investors as well as homeowners.

　　We promote your rental property to attract potential tenants. We put up the property on Trade Me, TRS website and our Facebook page. We also promote through word-of-mouth.

　　When we receive interest from potential clients, we show them the property by arrangement in advance. We also host Open-Home on some Saturdays whenever we think it is necessary.

　　It is important to know who is living in your properties. TRS carry out reference check prior to the start of the tenancy. Potential tenants are required to provide at least 1 referee e.g. previous landlords, as well as employee detail, so that we can get better knowledge of who the tenant are and what they do for living.

　　TRS has its own Tenancy Agreement template. We use bond forms provided by Department of Housing and Buildings. We will be responsible for signing the Tenancy Agreement, Bond Lodgement form, Bond Refund form etc.

Our Fees

• Property Management  7% + GST of the gross rent received
