Total Rental Solution Ltd was established in Wellington in 2014. Director Anne has more than 10 years of experience managing her rental investment properties. Anne is a member of Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) and she knows Wellington property market exceptionally well and always receives support from Chinese community in the capital. At TRS we provide high quality property management service for property investors as well as homeowners.

What makes us different is TRS provides insurance advice for landlords and tenants, namely House Insurance, Landlord Protection Insurance and Content Insurance. We are more than happy to assist you getting the cover you need.
